Running Win 7- internet connected (outlook) email works. Can get Chrome but not I.E. 11 with either MSN or Yahoo. Tried many of the recommendations on this blog-nothing seems to work. Appreciate

This not a blog but a forum. Anyway what is it that you have tried, just so I don't repeat and waste your time and mine?

I have reset router, check internet settings/configurations, reset IP for browsers. Nothing as worked so far. I can access Yahoo on same network using a different computer- a laptop.

I ran cmd as administrator. Followed your steps. Received OK message from step one. Rebooted but problem remains. Followed step two. Received successful reset message. Rebooted, but still no access to any web site using I.E. 11. Did the above three different times. Same result--Page Can not be displayed

Try reinstalling IE 11, ensure you have the correct version for your operating system:

I uninstalled IE11. Reinstalled, or attempted, to reinstall I.E. 11. Had to run I.E. 11 with no add ons. Can only get back to IE 10. Have performed all updates for I.E. 10, tried reinstalling I.E. 11. Several times. Still only get I.E. 10 to run. I get messages the I.E. 11 was successfully installed. I look for I.E. updates from control panel but it does not show up- on I.E. 10 is identified. I have tried installing I.E. 11 multiple times w no success. Running now with I.E. 10

IE11 is somewhere on your computer, I suggest you search for it to run it. If you installed it correctly it should be in your programme files.
