Lost password and my number

Hello,

I have lost my password and my puppy have eat up my phone with sim-card. So I even lost the phonenumber I had reg. My mailadress is ***@***. I have One other mailadress who I can use if You can help Me? All mail from my childs School go to my gmail-adress.
I Hope You can help Me soon.
