Application has been blocked by graphics card error

Hello friends
My laptop is z51-70 i7 5500u
Amd graphics card is working when the power is plugged

But nowadays when I plugged the power socket the game always crashes and error shows that the application has been blocked by graphics card
I tried all the ways that reinstalling the driver
And TdrDelay setting
What do I do?
Is my graphics card is done or any other problems plz help me to find out

So it used to run the game, and now it doesn't? Is that right?

If it never ran the game, then the card isn't powerful enough to "paint" the graphics. If it used to run, now it doesn't then update the driver, not just re-install it!

I try all the methods like reinstalling,changing os etc bro but its not working
