Have you submitted to Facebook the document that Facebook as requested from you? You will not be able to recover your account until you do.

We are CCM and we don't give Facebook chances and we know that Facebook will not give you a chance either.

You should have been honest with Facebook right from the beginning and that goes with everything else in life.
