Failed to open the file from Pen drive in Android mobile

Hello,
My pen drive works fine before format, now when open pen drive it says failed to open the file, i have tried with different mobile same error appear . can anyone help on this issue?

Mobile:moto G3
Pen drive: sandisk

Since you formatted on a computer it will not work on a mobile phone.
