Can't receive reset code

I lost my cellphone which my yahoo currently log in. How can I gained access since I can't recieved verification code..

Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered an alternate recovery email address to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.

Sometimes it happened to my yahoo,and I recovered it by answering my security question but I cant find that way again.

Unfortunately Yahoo no longer uses secret questions, that's why you can't find them.
