Hacked gmail accounts and support

I cannot assess two emails. The phone numbers have been changed so i cant get a text. The passwords have neen changed. The two recovery emails are eachother. So the one sends it to the other ..i cant access either one to get a recovery code. I know i had a two step recovery method and that is gone. I also know my password i have entered is correct. So its been hacked. How do i get these back and if not get them back get a hold of gmail to close them. I used to have questions and they are gone too! Please help!
