Having some liquid damage

peace of allah be upon you
my computer won't start up because of rain drop after 4 hours i came to home then i saw it then i blog out the charger and moved out battery i try to make it dry so i did it then i blog in batter and turn it on unfortunately it won't start up
i try to solve that problem even last i saw motherboard and it still not start up
so if there is any one who can help me reply me as soon as possible

It must have been heavy rain.
If you tried to start it and it was not completely dried, even with a little bit of humidity, you have created a short circuit. Most people use a hair dryer and wait 48 hours before trying to start.
I now suggest that you take it to a repair shop.
