Hello, Sir
this is my real account and my account has no issue after that Facebook told me that (unfortunately you won't be able to access your account. We are reviewing these additional documents we appreciate your patience and we will get back you as soon as we can) then says logout and no more option.

Have you submitted to Facebook the document that Facebook has requested from you? You will not be able to recover your account until you do.
