I am not able to uninstall nero 7

Hello,
i am goutham from bangalore and iam working as system engee .....
and i got a prob will uninstalling the nero 7 in vista ........
iam getting a error like


internal error

custom action dll crashed on last call in function
'neroag_unregistercomex'. the installer most exit.
crash thread id 2336
current thread id 4020

plz plz plz
slove my problem soon plz friends

This is a common problem with nero 7 on vista!

You will have to download this software to remove it completely

hi this is balakrishnan from chennai
no need to download nero,just download revo uninstaller from internet and install it,after installation right click on nero 7 ultra vision and click remove entry,then go to control panel and check whether it deleted or not. thengo to c folder,program files and delete the nero folder . thats all your problem cleared......
