Nokia can't download any app or game Closed

Question

Hello,  I am opu. I have using a nokia 2690 phone. But I can't download any app or game in my phone. When I try to download any app or game ,it shows loading. When compleate load IT shows "unable to contact".. plz tell me what shold I do now



System Configuration: Windows / Opera Next 49.0.2725.47

Or you can just download apk on XXXX
there are a lot of apps and games, and apk file is easier to instal

Yea, I can't really see that phone connecting to the PLAY STORE!  Take it back where you got it, and ask them for help!
