Forgot my password and the security has old information

How can i get my mail when i forgot my password and the security has old information i have no access to?

Sorry, it's impossible to recover your Yahoo password without access to you phone or email account.

Anyway possibly i could change the recovery number??? I know the exact number it was, just haven't had it for over a year
In terms of the alternate email address, i know exactly what that email address is, simply cant get into it .
So i can prove that il know my own outdated recovery phone number AND my out dated recovery email, i couldn't just answer more security questions and reset my password?

To change the recovery number you must first access your account, that you can't.

You gain access to the recovery address to receive an account key.

Yahoo no longer uses security questions, if Yahoo asks for them, they no longer work.

Sorry, that's the way the cookie crumbles.
