My MP5 player shut off and will not turn back on. Closed

Hello,
My mp5 player I got from wish i got yesterday for Christmas this year was playing a movie when it shut off and now will not start up it was on the charger when I was watching the movie I had it on the charger all night and it was fully charged but didn't want it to go dead what can I do?

I'm not sure I got it form wish app and it just says video games but here is the serial number on the box 03-66-04 TL6183-C2
