Acer netbook does not power up

Hello, I would like to ask why is my acer netbook does not power up? I tried to charge it but it won't works. Is 58 sec. pressing the starting button will go effectively eventhough my battery was built-in?

Hi

All laptop batteries can be removed, they were not moulded nor soldered into the laptop. See your owner's manual on how to remove the battery.
