Gmail account recovery

Hello I have an account with gmail I cant seem to figure out what the password is. I know longer have the phone connected to the account nor do I remember the security question. I had an account connected to it and I erased it by mistake. Can up please help me out with getting my account back. "PLEASE" I would appreciated very much.
