Cannot receive any Adobe Elements verifications

I cannot receive any Adobe Elements verifications, and there are several other emails that I don't receive anymore (not blocked.) I hardly receive any spam (not really a complaint) but who is setting the filter parameters-how can I edit?
Windows 8.1 Chrome
