my arrow keys work, start playing a shooting game thats in need of them (yes i've made sure that the sensor is on the screen)

please help

Sorry, we don't have the slightest idea of what you are talking about. Explain in detail.

You wrote that your arrow keys work. That's excellent news.

They work fine except when I use them they just don't when I try and use them in a game

Have you tried unplugging your keyboard and plugging it back in? Or trying to do a hard reset--
There might just be an issue with the game, so uninstalling and reinstalling may work.
