Forgot Gmail password Closed

Hello, 

Please am trying to change the password of my son on his gmail account. The phone he was using has been barred and he does not use it again. He cant remember his password. How do o go about it

When he created the account, did he register alternate recovery email address or phone number to which he has access to receive a reset code?

Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner.  Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
