Facebook account disabled

My name vena my fb account it's disabled with no reason from last year but still may account gives update on who share photos or likes photos I really need it back pls help me how to have if back, coz it's my important memories is there and also the memories of my child it's really important. I'm waiting 4 ur answer thank you
