Forgot my gmail password and security questions

I have a few accounts on social media connected to ***@*** but I can't connect to it because i lost my password and forgot the security questions over time i never thought id need my old password again but i do i was wondering if its possible to fix if so send a message to ***@*** my new gmail or ***@***
