Skype, add new contacts

In description here how to add new contacts, there is second position "new contact"
This is a very crazy hint. Why there is not written; Buy a ticket to the moon ????????

There is now "new contact", no button, to text nothing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a funny thing everywhere. So many hints, so many links. But nowhere any possibility to add a new contact.
I guess now, Microsoft want to destroy Skype.
