Hi,
It is possible that the person has saved you in her own contacts.
Another possibility is that her phone number or email is saved in your contacts - or from an account you sync, like Facebook - and as the info corresponds to a TikTok account, then that person will appear as your contact.

Yes, I think so. TikTok uses different algorithms for contact suggestion.
