Fake Facebook

Hello,
I have been made aware of a Facebook account in my name with no pictures of myself but of old family members. I have NEVER BEEN ON FACEBOOK ! NOR WILL I EVER BE. I can't login to it? I can't find a way for them to help me?
I don'thave Facebook and never have! I can't access anything?
