Installing adobe flash player

Hello,
I'm unable to down load the adobe flash player, I have the version 8 of internet explorer, when I tried the download process, it gives me the box to download, save & run, but it does not run all it does is show the hour glass & it freezes. Please help

this may be because you are trying to download from abad link or try to update the IE and then try again.
