Forgot Gmail password

Ok so ive had this email account for 3 years and I tried to log out of the account to make a different one an it logged me out an I tried logging back into it an I don't remember what my password was to that account an I don't know what my number was either and i dont know what my recovery email was either....                     Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner.
