Forgot Gmail password

Hello, pls I need help, can't remember my gmail account password, a code was sent to my associated gmail account phone number but it doesn't seem to load each time I tried to enter the code.

I suggest you request another code. Sometimes codes are time limited. Before you enter the new code, delete all of your temporary files and cookies.
