Conditional Formatting

I have cell G8 in excel which is a time stamp. I want it to be highlighted when it is greater than cell A8 which is a scheduled time.

Ok, what part are stuck with, the formula or the coloring?

In the formula bar of the rule, place the following: 

=G8>A8
