Can only browse from mozila firefox

Hello,

i m mbisa, my internet doesn't browser or do any thing that has to do with internet updating including but only mozila firefox browse
those chrome,internet explorer,.. updating any app or my windows10 all are impossible but as i said i can only browse from mozila firefox
any help?

What hardware do you have?
What is the history of the computer?

I suggest re-installing Win 10 as that is the only way to recover full access.
