Hello I have a touch screen hp laptop. my mouse pad and the clickers have been disabled. I have tried everything I can to fix it. and the computer ppl keep trying to tell me to buy a new part to put in.but I think it is just a software issue. not the hardware. please help. the model is 15-1387 wm. and i have windows 10

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
