How to record gameplay/screen from the phone on PC

Hello, I was wondering if there is a way to record gameplay or the screen of your phone on the PC, I saw the mirroring apps that exist but I often find them not working or lagging, isn't there an easier way or a good app/program that can do that, because I find a lot of people on the internet that have videos and it works just find or is the only good way to use an adapter that plugs into your phone & pc?

Sorry for my explanation, I am pretty bad at these things.

You can record your PC with difrent apps. than transfer those videos at your Phone. Drect record from Phone to PC it is a bad quality and not profesional at all

Hello , You have to register your self on PC ( there are plany applications). And then transfer the video to your phone.
