HP Photosmart c309g prints but produces blank page

Hello,
Cartriges are brand new, the copy of documents works fine (both in color and B & W) but when I print documents from my laptop or smartphone, it only produces blank pages.
My printer is a wireless one, connected to my laptop via Wi-Fi.
Any clue how to get this fixed ?

Hi, thanks for your suggestion. Yes, I've just tried to print a picture from my smartphone and it worked fine. Now, the concern still remains as I've after that also tried again to print a page from my laptop and only the black color does not print. That's weird because the cartridge is brand new and it is a genuine HP one.
