Flash drive won't open error not accessible

My flashdrive gives this error which reads F:\ is not accessible. The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error. I have tried on 3 different computers, XP and Win10. Is it recoverable? Fortunately, everything is also on another drive.

It's time to replace the drive.
