Permanently deleted sent email wants to retrieve Closed

Please be informed that I mistakenly deleted my very important email from sent email and from bin. Kindly help me to get the mail.

If Gmail has not deleted the messages from the server, you can recover deleted emails after deleting them from your trash folder. To do so, you must follow the procedures in this link:

Thank you for the reply, i did tried all the ways you suggested to me but as its gone from trash i couldn't able to find it, Is there any software to retrieve the email as its very important document to me. the problem is i did sent an email to my colic but its clipped and sent only half of the message to him and he just realized that all data gone missing. Kindly advise both ways to help me. 

is he can get full email as its reached half only or can i get my trash deleted email.

One of the option can save my life.

If you have tried everything that I suggested, the emails were no doubt deleted from the server.  They cannot be retrieved as they no longer exist.
