Hello,

Samsung a5 can't playing videos store in sd card. I tried to change the sd card but still have the same problem and formatting the phone again same result but if I record videos in the phone it self then worked well.
Please help

you probably have the wrong format in your transferred files.

Not at all because I record videos by the phone and store it in the sd card and again doesn't work. But if I save the video in the phone storage then ok and works well.
So really strange
