Did you turn mobile data on?
So this is confusing. You have connected to others, but not sharing? What is the connection for? Do you pay extra for hotspot? If you do, and have connected before, and it is not working now, then follow these instructions. On the devices that HAVE connected before, delete the previous network , and re-connect. You cannot utilize the same network connections on an ADHOC network!
I turned on internet and wifi of samsung z4 .I connected others through hotspot.But I cannot share internet to others.

Because you can't share wifi. Hotspot is for sharing mobile data. On some phones, when you turn wifi on the hotspot, wifi will be automatically turned off.
