LAPTOP WIRELESS AS WIRELESS ROUTER

Hello,
I am wondering if is possible to use my laptop as a wireless hub/router. I have payed access to mobile internet.Having a daycamp with registrars computer,my laptop,both running wireless. Can I set up a wireless router,so the other laptop can access the internet,with my laptop acting as the network connection? I hope I asked this question properly.Thanks for any assistance? I have a range extender antenna to help ,as I wish to connect via a paid subscription at the local truckstop.
