How to setup Belkin router ? Closed

I am using Belkin router from previous five years. A fight occurs between me and my brother. He through something on me and that hits Belkin router,after that router is not connecting that's why I decided to replace.

I bought a new router but why it is also not establishing connection can anyone help ?
