Computer reboots constantly

Hello !

I’m posting because i encounter a problem with my computer.

It runs on win 10 and when i started to power it today, it starts for 10-15 seconds and the switch off.

The screen isn t showing anything : no cable connected.

I removed the motherboard battery for 10min. I removed the ram memory 1 by 1, nothing changed. I unplugged everything i could, still the same.

Do you have any advice ?
