Forgot Gmail password

Hi there,
I forgot everything about my gmail account, except the address.
I dont have a security question, I hardly remember the month the year I setup the account, I forgot the other associated account to this one, and I don't have access to the phone to receive SMS text for recovery.
How can I recover the password

Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
