32 GB PENDRVE

Hello,
i have a china make 32 gb pendrive .it has formating and file corrupting problem.i tried to format it through mandriva.it was prompted to erase the bad sectors and i select yes.Now the pendrive becomes 8MB and cannot be formatted .please give the solution.

Please tell me how your formatted this pen drive?? which software did you use??
