Dear Team,

I have lost my existing Skype account because i have updated Window 7 to Window 8.1 Version on My PC at Yesterday. So, I try to open My own Skype account on My PC but still unable to open. I try with Old password to sing in but password and user name are didn't match. Please kindly to help on this.

Try with forgot password button. Then set your password as new.
