I recently reset my pc but in the proses the screen went black and has stayed that way for a while, safe mode won’t work any tips?

What is the make and model of your pc?

What is your operating system ?

Why did you try to reset it ?

How did you reset?

You wrote that it stayed that way for awhile. Now what?

Running slowly

Through the settings

The screen remains black with no signal. I checked connections but I believe that windows is not starting up

Still displays no signal

Check your cables, insure they are properly connected, fully inserted in the socket. Remove and replug. Check for cable breaks.

All cords properly positioned, no breaks in cables

From what I know Lenovo desktops should not be reset to Factory settings through settings.

Is this the procedure that you followed for restoring?

After contacting a friend of mine we’ve come to the conclusion that I have a hardware malfunction, thank you for the help but I will be buying a better pc.
