Counting Range of dates over 1 year old

Hello,

I am pulling out the remainder of little hair I have on my head.

Question:
I have a column of dates and what I want to do is count the column of dates that are over 1 year old. I have managed to put a conditional format of dates in place that are over 1 year. Please help as I despretely can't figure this one out.

use the formula =COUNTIF(Range,"<" & NOW()-365)
