Unsubscribing

I have a customer who is trying to unsubscribe from his PCH classmates membership ...... he is an older gentleman who is paying monthly and he wants to cancel it. He does not remember his password nor does he use a computer any longer so is using an email he thinks is the correct one but doesn't remember. Is there a number he can call to talk to someone?

Perhaps you should contact the credit card Bank. They deauthorize any future charges and possible reverse past charges.

He said he tried that but I told him to go to his bank again and ask to speak to the manager -- it is his account and he should be able to put a stop to it.

He should use the term "unauthorized charges" and not need to tell the entire story.
