Needs Help Installing Adobe Flash Player

Hello,
Hi keep trying to install the adobe flash player and when i get to the downloading part, i do every thing the same but when ever it say's click the tool bar(the yellow bar) to install adobe flash player, on top it say's something other then the adobe flash player download. Please Help Me I Really Need This
