Confirm my identity on Facebook

Hello,
I tried to log into facebook and messenger but it gives my a pop up that says to confirm my identity. When I hit get started it starts with changing my password. Then ask me if I know some of these people and added them and ask to click the ones you want deleted. Then it ask bout some post I'm have made. They have them all checked but all the post are mine. When I hit delete it starts like it is thinking then puts the same number of deleted post and will not let me go any farther. It says that the process is unable to proceed at this time try later.....
Look I use this account for 3 business I'm losing money as I type this...what's even more frustrating is that there isn't anyone at facebook to help you
