Insert blank rows in table range

Am trying to create a macro for below data, the series of data will be in below format.
Bahrain
United Arab Emirates
Oman
Qatar
Dammam - KSA
Riyadh - KSA
Jeddah - KSA
Kuwait
Egypt
Lebanon

If above data order is not present in the table of excel sheet, need to insert a blank row in between.

Bahrain

Oman

Qatar


Jeddah - KSA
Kuwait
Egypt

So if it isn't on the table, how are we to compare it? How is the macro to know that it isn't in the list? It doens't exist! See the flaws?

YOu record macros. Record what you want it to do, and look at the code. Change what can be changed to a variable! If you are trying to write code, then write something and post back, and we will help.
