Encryption message several time in chat

Hello,
On my laptop, none of my web browsers are able to actually display any page on the internet. I will say the page is loaded, but the web browser window will be totally blank. One that particular computer, I tried firefox, googlechrome, and internet explorer. For explorer it showed a message saying it couldn't find any of the pages I tried to open, I think it said that there was an HTML error. What should I do?

After upgrading to the new Whatsapp Web version (where the phone does not need to be online), the "chat to myself" feature is not working correctly.
On the phone (Android), when I write a message on that chat, it does not show in Whatsapp Web (chrome) or in Whatsapp for Windows.
If I write a message in Whatsapp Web or Whatsapp for Windows, then it seems to be ok, as I can see it on the phone.
Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

I am looking for a formula/method of finding a blank cell in a column and replacing it with the text in the previous cell. example: cell A1:A20 all have data, cell A21 is blank, cell A22:A50 have data. I want to identify that cell A21 is blank and replace its contents with the content located in cell A20, then move on to find the next blank cell in the column and replace it with its previous cells contents. I want to be able to repeat this for thousands of rows, but only replace any blank cell in a specific column with the contents of its previous cell. Can this be done?

Hello, I have done all this; I've even moved the file to be sure there's not an error on the disk preventing a full clean upload.  My intention is to attach a small (2.6Mb) ePub file to send it to be read on my Kindle device. I put the correct "To" email; I put a small default subject & body message, then click the paperclip (I'm on Windows 10 desktop, using an up-to-date Chrome, select the file, click "attach" & it seems to operate normally, but then a big red "!" appears instead of a document icon; eventually it goes away, but only after I get a popup error from Yahoo: Message cannot be saved as draft. I click "send" & get error message in my inbox "your message could not be sent." Anyo...
