Encryption message several time in chat

Hello,

Why the end to end encryption message will appear several times in a chat at different dates with no other conversation? Does that mean the chat has been deleted and activated again, then deleted again at another date and reactivated again?

Hi,

The message "encryption is enabled" appears when the end-to-end encrypted backup is turned on. I think the message reappears because the encrypted backup option is turned off and on again.
