Cannot run web gl

I play my games on facebook gameroom never had an issue, last week one of my games *of course the one i play the most* started coming up with this we cannot run web gl please go to webgl and check to see if the proper drivers are installed. i go to that page and it says my browser is fine..i have emailed tech support of the game but they have been no help and im not sure what to do next. i went to chrome flags and made sure web gl was enabled restarted everything and its still the same. any help would be appreciated.
