Can't open my Flashdrive

Hi guys I was formatting my flashdrive thrice then after that the window said "unable to format" then after that I unplug the flashdrive then after I plug it the flashdrive isn't appear so in "Safety remove hardware and eject media" there wasn't eject USB, but there have a 3 dots but the USB wasn't there.

No doubt it's damaged.
